The building on Vaal de Gráce estate was completed in 2009. The drone image was taken in 2018.

For this project I worked both on the Sketchup and the construction of the house. In 2009 I worked full-time as site manager for Union Land Development (Pty) Ltd and used computer software as a construction tool to supplement the architect's drawings.

River Village, Vaal de Gráce Estate 

The vision for Vaal de Gráce Village was a luxury, high-quality accommodation development situated on an idyllic island inside the Vaal River on a Nick Price Signature golf course and Nature Estate. It is situated just outside Parys inside the Vredefort Dome, a World Heritage site. The proposed development consists of 18 bedrooms and an entertainment area to supplement the facilities of the golf course. It is ideally situated at the entrance to the Estates on the banks of the River.
